Utilize the free lockers for ski equipment. this makes transitions to and from the slopes much smoother.

Well, I really almost thought this place would be decent, but the lack of proper ventilation and those creepy stained mattresses really ruined it for me. And don’t even get me started on the lukewarm dinners, where was my complimentary upgrade? Absoluteley unacceptable that I had to ask for water! Disappointed, yet again.

The stay at Cal Ruiz was enjoyable with commendable features such as a very clean room, great food, and well-maintained facilities. The staff were attentive, especially in the bar area, providing us with complimentary snacks and creating a lively atmosphere. Breakfast offered a diverse selection, and the buffet dinner had various choices that were consistently hot, enhancing the experience for our group.
The wifi strength in the bedrooms was inadequate.

Ski trip blast!
Had a fun time with mates. The buffet at dinner was actually good, especially the variety they had. One night, though, I seriously thought I was stuck in a wrestling match with that receptionist. Super rude! But the other staff were great and helped us out. The room was cozy, just could’ve been a bit quieter.

Family Friendly Basic Hotel
The food was decent, they had good breakfast choices and nice dinners. I felt welcomed by the staff, especially a kind lady at the reception who really took care of us with her smile.
It wasn't inexpensive but still within reason.

The hotel was perfectly located just 300 meters from the ski slopes. We enjoyed playing billiards and the cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax with my precious dog. The fresh orange juice press was a hit with the kids!
My wife says that the lack of water during meals made it challenging for families.
